This audio transcription service accesses only user-authorized data required to perform transcription.

Audio files may be temporarily processed using cloud services to generate text transcripts. Data is used only for this purpose and is not sold or used for advertising.

Where Google account data is accessed, it is used only as authorized by the account owner and only as required to operate the transcription service.

Data retention is limited to what is required for processing and storage of transcription results. Access can be revoked by the account owner at any time.
